Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Lingo School

  1. LINGO strives to maintain a fair and reasonable withdrawal and refund policy for any payment made to the school

  2. LINGO has the right to cancel or reschedule a class if the minimum number of students enrolled is less than 10 for any course

  3. All requests for withdrawals, refunds or transfers must be accompanied with their duly signed and completed relevant forms and supporting documents

  4. Withdrawals thus are classified into 2 categories: Withdrawal for Cause and Withdrawal without Cause. This is to clearly distinguish between Student and School responsibility when handling cases of withdrawals from Courses

  5. LINGO shall in cases of Withdrawals, refund the student according in no more than ten (10) working days, subject to our refund policy

  6. All students who are under the legal age of 18, shall submit their parent/guardian's written consent along with the forms stated above.
